Job summary

Easterseals Southern California, Inc. seeks an experienced Residential Facility Administrator to oversee a 24-hour residential operation, ensuring health and safety, quality care and adherence to licensing standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating resident intake, maintaining relations with families and referral agencies, and monitoring budgets and documentation to ensure compliant service delivery.

Qualifications

• Must have HS diploma or GED.
• Current Residential Administrator Certificate.
• CEUs as required by licensing to maintain certificate.
• 2–5 years of experience working with developmentally disabled individuals.
• Knowledge of Title 22 and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a 24-hour Residential Facility with health and safety of residents as a priority.
• Supervise resident intake processes, meetings, and staff training.
• Maintain effective relationships with residents, families, conservators, and referral agencies.
• Develop and monitor budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility and compliance.
• Ensure timely completion of resident documentation and reporting; supervise staff and ensure quality services.
