Job summary

Oakridge Landscape Contractors in Southern Ontario is seeking an experienced Residential Senior Manager to lead high-end landscape construction projects from planning through completion. You will oversee project delivery, client relationships, budgets, and schedules while collaborating with our President and construction teams.

We offer a $100,000-$120,000 salary based on experience, benefits after 90 days, RRSP matching after 1 year, and a company vehicle, cell phone, and laptop.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of residential landscape construction experience.
  • Proven project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and organization.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word.

Responsibilities

  • Lead residential landscape construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors.
  • Coordinate project kick-offs and construction activities.
  • Maintain strong client, architect, engineer, and vendor relationships.
  • Conduct site visits and monitor quality, safety, and progress.
  • Identify and resolve issues before they impact the project.
  • Track project costs and performance.
  • Support and mentor the Junior Project Coordinator.

Oakridge Landscape Contractors has been creating award-winning residential landscapes across Southern Ontario for over 30 years. We're growing and looking for an experienced Residential Senior Manager to lead high-end landscape construction projects from planning through completion.

The Role:

You'll oversee project delivery, client relationships, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination while working closely with our President, Estimators, Superintendents, and construction teams.

  • Strong understanding of drawings, elevations, layouts, and specifications.
  • Proven project management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and organization.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, Adobe, Word, and related software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
