Job summary

Oakridge Landscape Contractors in Hamilton is hiring a Lawn Maintenance Lead Hand to supervise a daily crew of 3–5, assist the Foreperson, and deliver premium lawn and grounds care across residential and commercial sites.

The role requires a valid G license with a clean abstract, leadership experience on a 3–5 person crew, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform outdoor labor. You may work Saturdays and join a stable 30+ year company with benefits after probation.
