Job Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Associate to join our team. This is a contract sales role focused on client consultations, project management, and business development. If you thrive on building strong customer relationships and closing sales, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct on-site and virtual consultations with prospective clients to assess their painting needs.
  • Develop and present detailed, customized proposals.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients from initial consultation through project completion.
  • Document all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local strategies and enhance brand visibility.
  • Participate in community events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives to generate leads and build the business.

Qualifications :

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the painting or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and familiar with digital marketing practices.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation :

  • Commission-based structure with performance incentives and potential end-of-year bonuses. Details will be discussed during the interview process.
