This might be the perfect opportunity for you to join a fiber telecom company in hyper growth mode to help expand market share in MDU (multi-dwelling unit or multi-housing - think apartment buildings) business and support residential fiber internet growth in the OKC market!

The MDU Sales Account Executive will be responsible for :

  • Execute sales tactics to increase customer acquisition and increase MDU market share!
  • Develop and implement strategic sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations with owners of MDU's for the purpose of securing long term ROE (right of entry), Bulk, and / or Trade / Marketing agreements.
  • Assess, clarify, and communicate MDU customer concerns, needs, and service expectations.
  • Leverage current market insights to identify near-term business opportunities with an eye on developing opportunities for future acquisition.
  • Lead MDU contract process from initial conversation, through engineering, sale, and account retention.
  • Optimize community engagement activities for customer experience by planning, scheduling internal staff, and executing all logistics with customer experience in mind.
  • Determine, plan, achieve, and exceed defined acquisition targets and goals.
  • Stay informed of proposed new MDU developments by attending or tracking municipal approval meetings.
  • Attend real estate and property management industry association functions and participate in relevant trade shows.
  • Perform public relations and liaison functions with market research firms, homebuilder's associations, multi-family housing groups and county / city building agencies.

The experience and skills you'll bring :

  • 2+ years outside field sales experience with a proven track record of meeting plus exceeding revenue quotas preferably in the B2B sales or MDU environment!
  • 1+ years of experience in drafting and negotiating proposals and contracts.
  • Proven track record cultivating lasting rapport with community developers, property managers / owners, and MDU residents.
  • Ability to think strategically, act tactically, and deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
  • Contagious passion for collaborating across teams to ensure product viability, support, and economic outlook.
  • Proven track record of achieving performance expectations and customer service experience rating.
  • Effective cross-functional collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended period of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Valid drivers' license and driving record.
  • Capability to perform other assigned tasks, projects, or duties.
