Job summary

Unknown is seeking a reliable, hardworking Part-Time+ Labourer / Handyman to assist with a variety of residential renovation, repair, maintenance, and outdoor projects in the Collingwood / South Georgian Bay area. This position offers flexible hours varying with projects and a pay rate of $25.00 per hour.

Training is possible for candidates with the right attitude and work ethic; experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, renovations, carpentry, painting, drywall, or handyman work is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior painting
• Basic carpentry and woodwork
• Drywall installation, patching, sanding, and repairs
• Trim and finishing work
• General home renovations
• Handyman and property maintenance projects
• Deck and fence work
• Outdoor projects and repairs
• Demolition, removal, and job-site preparation
• Moving and organizing materials
• Using basic hand and power tools
• Job-site cleanup
• Assisting with a variety of residential repair and improvement projects
