Residential Property Manager - Colwood

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

1. Supervise resident managers, landscapers, painters, and maintenance staff.
2. Inspect properties for maintenance, cleanliness, and readiness.
3. Manage payroll, expenses, and administrative paperwork.
4. Handle tenancy disputes, inquiries, and move-out charges.
5. Advertise vacant units and monitor rental market values.
6. Oversee tenant improvements, repairs, and major projects.
7. Train new resident managers and ensure proper handovers.
8. Conduct inspections and manage security deposits and rent collection.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
