What You Will Do:
Supervise and coordinate resident managers, landscapers, painters, and maintenance staff.
Inspect suites and buildings for maintenance issues, cleanliness, and readiness for rental.
Review payroll, expense reports, and paperwork, ensuring timely submission.
Provide supplies and issue purchase orders for approved work.
Handle tenancy disputes, tenant inquiries, and move-out charges.
Advertise and ensure accuracy of vacant suite listings.
Monitor rental market values and recommend appropriate increases.
Oversee tenant improvements, repairs, and major maintenance projects.
Train and orient new resident managers; ensure proper handovers upon termination.
Conduct unit inspections, and ensure security deposits and rent are collected and processed.
What You Will Bring:
A bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required
Excellent communication skills
Experience in leasing residential units, conducting tenant screenings, negotiating leases, and managing tenant relationships is vital
A deep understanding of property finance is essential
