In this role, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients, managing painting projects, and developing new business. Residential Project/Sales Managers Responsibilities:

• Provide a 5-star experience from the beginning to the end of every customer interaction
• Collaborate with potential customers to understand their painting needs and build lasting relationships
• Manage painting projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
• Conduct consultations with customers to provide customized proposals
• Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates and ensure satisfaction
• Promote our brand through community events and marketing tactics
• Attend regional or training conferences to stay updated on industry trends
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system

Qualifications:

• Ambition and drive
• Prior sales experience in construction or painting is helpful but not required
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
