Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of residential plumbing experience.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems and codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
• Valid driver's license with a clean abstract.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day activities of plumbing crews on residential new builds.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and materials to meet timelines.
• Oversee underground services, rough-ins, water lines, venting and fixtures.
• Ensure work complies with codes, safety regs, and company standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks; address deficiencies.
• Read blueprints and site plans; liaise with site supervisors and managers.
• Provide on-site guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior plumbers.
• Track progress, maintain documentation, report updates to management.
• Identify and resolve issues promptly to avoid delays and overruns.
• Promote a safe, clean, and efficient jobsite environment.

STABLE, FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE

You’ll typically work Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

OUR IDEAL RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING SUPERVISOR:

We're looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of residential plumbing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, residential construction methods, and applicable codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
