Integra Support Services in Crofton, BC is seeking a dedicated Residential Manager to oversee operations of community- and residential-based programs, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care, safety, and compliance.

You will lead a team of support workers, manage staffing, budgeting, and reporting, and collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and CLBC partners to support individuals to live with independence and dignity.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Social Services, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in community living or residential care.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset.
  • Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence.
  • Current First Aid certification.
  • Valid TB test.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of residential homes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Champion individualized support by aligning services with each person’s goals, needs, and preferences.
  • Continuously assess program effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Promote community inclusion, life skills development, and overall well-being.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of support workers.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management to build a strong, capable team.
  • Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure consistent, quality coverage.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture.
  • Manage program budgets responsibly, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting inline with agency and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, policies, and licensing standards (CLBC).
  • Promote a strong culture of health and safety.
  • Respond to incidents, concerns, and emergencies with professionalism and urgency.
  • Participate in audits, inspections, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Build strong relationships with families, caregivers, and community partners.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and external agencies.
  • Keep senior leadership informed through regular updates and reporting.

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced ResidentialManager to join our team.

As part of our leadership team, you will play a key role inover overseeing a range of programs that support individuals in both community-basedand residential settings. This position is responsible for the overalloperation, quality of care, and day-to-day management of assigned residentialhomes.

You will lead and support a team of support workers, ensureperson-centered services are delivered with excellence, and oversee essentialadministrative functions such as staffing, budgeting, and compliance. Mostimportantly, you will help create a safe, inclusive, and empowering environmentwhere individuals can thrive, build independence, and live with dignity.

Job Responsibilities
Program & Service Delivery
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of residentialhomes, ensuring high-quality, person-centered care

Wages: $34 CAD- $36 CAD
