Position Overview

As a Residential Landscape Foreman, you will be at the forefront of bringing our landscape visions to life. Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and lead a team of landscape technicians in the execution of residential landscape projects.

2. Collaborate with landscape designers and architects to interpret and implement design plans efficiently.

3. Coordinate and schedule daily tasks, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

4. Provide hands-on expertise in hardscape and softscape installations, including planting, irrigation, and lighting.

5. Monitor the quality of work, ensuring that it aligns with design specifications and company standards.

6. Troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site challenges, adapting plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion.

7. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, enforcing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Landscape Foreman or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of landscape installation techniques, materials, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team.
• Ability to read and interpret landscape design plans.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of safety protocols and ability to enforce them on-site.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable mode of transportation.
