Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance is seeking experienced HVAC technicians for field-based service in Windsor, Ontario. This role involves diagnosing and repairing residential heating and cooling systems, maintenance work, and travel between scheduled appointments within the service area.

You will handle furnaces, air conditioning, heat pumps, thermostats, and related equipment, while adhering to safety standards and providing professional customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of paid HVAC field experience.
• Ability to diagnose and complete service work independently.
• Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems.
• Understand safety practices and work within approved qualifications.
• Focus on accurate diagnostics rather than unnecessary part replacements.
• Excellent professional communication with customers and the operations team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose heating and cooling system issues.
• Perform HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, ventilation systems.
• Identify failed components and recommend repairs.
• Replace components within your scope of work.
• Test systems to confirm proper operation before leaving.
• Document completed work with notes and photos.
• Manage appointments, work orders, and updates through our mobile app.
