Job summary

Bridgepoint Maintenance in Belleville, Ontario is seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for on-call, field-based service across residential systems. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, heat pumps, A/C, and thermostats, traveling between appointments with a company-supplied vehicle.

Must have at least 3 years of paid HVAC field experience, ability to work independently, and strong safety practices.

Qualifications

Must have field HVAC experience.
Must be able to diagnose and complete HVAC service work independently.
Experience servicing residential heating and cooling systems.
Commitment to safe work practices and working within approved qualifications.
Accurate diagnostics and not simply replacing parts.
Professional communication with customers and operations team.

Responsibilities

Diagnose heating and cooling system issues.
Perform HVAC maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
Service furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, ventilation systems.
Identify failed components and recommend repairs.
Replace components within your approved scope of work.
Test systems before leaving to confirm operation.
Document work with notes and photos.
Manage appointments and updates via mobile app.
