Qualifications

• Carpentry and/or construction experience required.
• Valid Class 5 driver's license and own means of transportation.
• WHMIS & First Aid certification an asset.

DUTIES:
- Fix and eliminate deficiencies during construction
- Complete service items and home warranty issues
- Meet regularly with site supervisor to discuss work to be completed
- Develop a constructive and helpful working relationship with homeowners
- Job site clean up

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Journeyman Carpenter Certificate (preferred)
- Valid Class 5 driver's license and own means of transportation
- Read, understand and follow blueprints and drawings
- Carpentry and/or construction experience required
- Computer knowledge required
- WHMIS & First Aid certification an asset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude

SCHEDULE:
8 hour shift, full time
Monday to Friday
