Job description

As a Residential Collector with Irving Oil, you will identify and manage credit risk for residential accounts within a specific portfolio. You will balance inbound and outbound contacts with residential customers, working with them to manage repayment plans and accept and process payments. Responsibilities include preparing accounts for third-party collection, supporting credit approvals on residential accounts, and sending daily notifications to customers.
