Job summary

Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a Cleaner in Kingston, Ontario. The role is a full-time position with 40 hours per week, including weekend shifts on a bi-weekly basis.

The compensation range is $40,500–$44,500, with shift premium where applicable. Responsibilities include cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces, and servicing tenant units upon vacancy.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment).
• Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms.
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens).
• Winter snow removal.
• Other duties as required.
