Job summary

Homestead Land Holdings Limited in London, Ontario, is seeking a Mobile Cleaner to help maintain cleanliness, safety, and a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. You will clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces, including vacant tenant units, while following established cleaning routines.

The role requires physical ability, reliability, and attention to detail. Previous cleaning experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Lift up to 20 kg and handle cleaning equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• Reliability, attention to detail, and safe work practices are essential

• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges))
• Winter snow removal

Overview

As a Mobile Cleaner at Homestead, you will help us to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces. This includes regularly cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces. You will ensure garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained. Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors while following established cleaning routines.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges)
• Winter snow removal
