Job summary

Homestead Land Holdings Limited is seeking a Mobile Cleaner to help maintain cleanliness, safety, and the appearance of our spaces across Hamilton, Burlington, and Oakville. This full-time role covers 40 hours per week with weekend shifts every other week.

You will clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces, maintain garbage and recycling areas, and support a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Previous professional cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg (e.g., trash bags, cleaning equipment).
• Reliability and attention to detail are essential.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges))
• Winter snow removal
• Other duties as required

Overview

As a Mobile Cleaner at Homestead, you will help us to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces. This includes regularly cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces. You will ensure garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained. Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors while following established cleaning routines.
