The Salvation Army in Winnipeg, Manitoba is seeking a client-focused residential support worker. You will monitor safety, manage case plans, and support residents with daily needs and discharge planning.
Responsibilities include documenting events, coordinating programs, handling intake/discharge, and liaising with partners to ensure compassionate, compliant service delivery.

The successful job applicant will have completed more than two (2) years of Community College. Note: An alternative level of education and experience may be acceptable
The successful applicant will hold/have: Diploma or Degree in related social services field
The incumbent must have the following experience before hire: One year but less than three years of prior related experience, including frontline casework experience in a social service environment.
The target hiring range for this position is $16.66 to $16.66 with a maximum of $16.66. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
