Life’s Journey Inc. in Elie, Manitoba seeks a House Lead for our Residential Services-Purpose Build program. The role is full-time permanent with hours Tue–Sat, 7am–3pm, in a licensed care setting.

The House Lead will maintain a safe home, support participants, and mentor Residential Support Mentors. Applicants should have relevant residential care experience, valid checks, a driver’s license, and a First Aid certification.

Qualificações

• Experience supporting program participants in residential care.
• Knowledge of Manitoba Licensing Standards is preferred.
• Satisfactory background checks and driver's license.
• First Aid Level 1 certification.
• Commitment to safety and agency policies.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a safe home environment while supporting participants.
• Participate in program planning, monitoring and communication.
• Mentor Residential Support Mentors and collaborate with care team.
• Coordinate with Residential Coordinator and Clinical Case Manager.
• Ensure positive interactions with collaterals.
