Life’s Journey Inc. in Brandon, MB is seeking a House Lead to maintain a safe home and support participants in the Residential Program. This role includes direct support, planning, monitoring, and communicating activities tied to each participant’s plan in line with agency policies.

The House Lead will train and mentor Residential Support Mentors, work with the team and program management, and ensure positive interactions with participants and partners across the care network.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with individuals with suicidal ideations or dual mental health diagnoses is preferred.
• Three years of related experience and supporting individuals with disabilities is desirable.
• Knowledge of Manitoba Licensing Legislation, Regulations, and Standards is preferred.
• Clear Child and Adult Abuse Registry check, criminal record check, and driver’s license are required.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a safe home environment for participants in the Residential Program.
• Participate in planning, monitoring, and communications related to each participant’s plan.
• Provide training, mentorship, and resources for Residential Support Mentors.
• Collaborate with the Residential Care Team and other stakeholders to ensure positive interactions with participants and collaterals.
