Job summary

Skyline Group of Companies seeks a Resident Manager to oversee daily operations at Brantford apartment buildings, including leasing, administrative tasks, and tenant services.

The role requires strong customer service, leasing experience, and ability to manage rent collection, maintenance coordination, and safety compliance. On-site work with a rotating schedule and on-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or minimum five (5) years of relevant experience.
• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web).
• Knowledge of relevant provincial policies and tenancy regulations is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Market and show units to prospective tenants and process applications.
• Manage rent collection, tenant follow‑up, inquiries, and showings; coordinate with Head Office.
• Maintain fire safety logs, rent rolls, and audits; assist with documentation and paperwork.
• Perform clerical tasks and respond to emails, calls, and orders.
• Oversee cleaning, maintenance, and contractor work; handle seasonal grounds work.
