Job summary

The role requires a rotating schedule with weekend and on-call availability. Compensation starts at $42,000 annually, with apartment included, utilities & parking, monthly bonus, and employer-paid health and dental benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record may be required.
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, e-mail/web) are required.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and show units to prospective tenants and process applications.
• Manage rent collection, tenant follow-up, inquiries, and unit showings.
• Maintain fire safety logbooks, safety plans, rent rolls, and audits.
• Perform clerical tasks and handle email responses, documentation, and invoices.
• Coordinate cleaning, maintenance requests, and contractor oversight.
