Job summary

Qualifications

• Grade 10 education or equivalent is required.
• Government of Alberta approved Health Care Aide certificate.
• Active registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Ability to work effectively in a physically and mentally demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Support resident-centered care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Document care and observations for the nurse in a timely manner.
• Maintain safety and comply with policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team and participate in care plan reviews.
