Responsibilities

• Assess and plan resident care according to nursing standards.
• Implement physician's orders and administer medications.
• Document resident care and adhere to confidentiality policies.
• Collaborate with the medical team on personal care plans.

BCLS/ACLS

Specialized skills in Medical/Surgical Nursing

Ability to plan, organize and problem solve

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development

Excellent communication skills

Working knowledge of Meditech Information System

Education

Valid and current registered member with the College of Nurses of Ontario

CPR certification
