Job summary

Saskatchewan Health Authority is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator at Whitewood Community Health Centre in Whitewood. This full-time temporary role reports to the Facility Manager and focuses on leading resident care, coordinating services, and supporting the care team.

The ideal candidate will bring a BScN, BLS, and CRNS eligibility, with nursing diploma options also acceptable. Work is day shift, 224 hours per rotation, in a 6-week cycle, with a pay band of Nurse B.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• CRNS registration or eligibility required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resident care as a clinical leader for residents and families.
• Provide specialized clinical expertise and teaching to the care team.
• Ensure highest standard of care and service for residents at Whitewood Community Health Centre.
