Job summary

Vancouver Coastal Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Registered Psychiatric Nurse to lead and coordinate resident care on a defined area. You will act as a clinical resource, support staff training, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve excellence in resident and family-centered care.

Applicants must be BC College of Nurses and Midwives registered and bring several years of clinical and supervisory experience, with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as RN or RPN with BCCNM.
• Three years recent experience in the designated clinical area with supervisory and teaching experience.
• Knowledge of resident/family-centered care and BCCNM standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and guidance to designated staff and coordinates resident care activities.
• Acts as a clinical resource, supporting staff training and development.
