As a Resident Attendant, you will assist and attend to the care needs of residents, such as personal care, general housekeeping, and meal service. You will observe and report changes in residents' physical, social, and emotional conditions while assisting with record keeping and documentation. You will work cooperatively with other departments to support lodge operations and enhance the wellbeing of our residents.

Required Traits and Qualifications:

• Experience with seniors, hospitality, or recreation is an asset
• An active interest in ongoing education
• Computer literacy is preferred
• Current CPR & First Aid certification
• Preference given to applicants with UCP training – don’t have the training? Don’t worry – we provide training opportunities for you!
