Job summary

Campus Living Centres in Waterloo is seeking a Residence Services Representative to greet students and guests, respond to inquiries, and handle daily operational duties at the residence front desk.

You will interact with residents and staff, process payments, manage reservations, ensure privacy and safety, and work with housekeeping and facilities teams to keep the desk and lobby organized.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; some college or university preferred.
• 1 year of industry experience or equivalent customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to student and guest inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Use Campus Living Centres’ computer software.
• Process payments, invoices, and review accounts.
• Maintain desk, lobby and office area appearances.
• Handle reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and account settlements.
• Ensure front desk keys are used responsibly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and residence life teams.
• Support emergency procedures and on-call staff procedures.
