Qualifications

• Completion of grade 12.

Responsibilities

• Acts as first contact for repair requests.
• Inspects, repairs and maintains a broad range of equipment and structures.
• Coordinates apartment maintenance with the supervisor and plans renovations as directed.
• Oversees contract and trades people to ensure work is completed to standard.
