Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Reservations office, contributing to exceptional results in Guest, Colleague, and Owner/Investor goals and outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Experience working in a luxury and upscale segment is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • A combination of creativity and strong product knowledge.
  • Ability to maintain efficiency and passion for hotel operations.
  • Role model for the Accor Values and Heartist Culture.
