What You'll Be Doing:

• Answer telephones and complete passenger bookings in a timely and effective manner.
• Rearrange, cancel, add and cap flights as well as move passengers within computer system and notify the appropriate company personnel and passengers.
• Perform data verification of medical warrants in the Skyline program and in accordance with Health Canada requirements.
• Provide effective and efficient problem solving of issues arising with passengers and/or their flights.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and liaise with other company departments.
