Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers, field teams and dealerships through reservation placement and equipment distribution in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will review reports, balance regional inventory, and assist with U-Box storage products, while maintaining a strong focus on service quality and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment by demand and productivity to balance regional inventory levels.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
