Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Agent to join our Edmonton office on a full-time basis. You will assist customers by handling calls, coordinating reservations and equipment distribution to balance regional inventory and meet demand.

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will support field teams and U-Haul dealerships, review reports, and ensure accurate equipment availability and U-Box support. Strong customer service and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, directing incoming customers' equipment based on demand and inventory goals.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts to support availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.
