Job summary

U-Haul, Ottawa, Ontario, is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers and dealerships with reservation placement and equipment distribution. The role is part-time, bilingual (English & French) preferred, and requires availability for opening or closing shifts (7 AM - 1 PM or 1 PM - 7 PM).

Under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager, you will handle calls, balance regional inventory, review reports for accuracy, and assist with the U-Box product in a fast-paced team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management.
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on demand and productivity to balance inventory.
• Review reports to aid in equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the U-Box portable storage product.
