Job Description

What you will be doing:

As our next Reservation Agent, you will be:

  • Responsible for all reservations over the phone, internet, email, and handle all associated operations.
  • Increase and optimize room sales in line with the brand and hotel's sales policy.
  • Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and assistance as requested, in line with company standards.
  • Follow up on reservation administration thoroughly to facilitate check-in operations for the front desk team.
  • Handle reservations by applying the brand's defined step-by-step processes.
  • Enter reservation details accurately and precisely.
  • Ensure that information is passed on to relevant departments.
  • Confirm reservations and communicate effectively in written correspondence.
  • Collaborate and communicate with other hotel departments.
