Job summary

U-Haul recherche un Agent de gestion des réservations à Port Moody, Colombie-Britannique, pour travailler à temps partiel. Le poste nécessite un bon relationnel client, une excellente organisation et la capacité de s’adapter à un environnement dynamique.

Sous la supervision du Traffic Control Manager, vous soutenez les clients et les équipes locales par la gestion des réservations et la distribution d’équipements, en veillant à l’équilibre des stocks régionaux et à la précision des contrats.

Qualifications

• Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent.
• Connaissance des équipements bureautiques tels que téléphones à lignes multiples, étiquette téléphonique, Word et Email.
• Aptitude au service client, gestion du temps et multitâche.

Responsibilities

• Assurer les appels entrants et sortants avec les clients.
• Soutenir les équipes terrain et les concessionnaires U-Haul dans la gestion des équipements et des réservations.
• Consulter des rapports pour optimiser le placement des équipements et la précision des réservations et contrats.
• Aider avec le produit U-Box de stockage portable.
