A national Indigenous charity in Canada is seeking a Researcher focused on expanding their Impact Framework. This role involves leading qualitative research to evaluate and communicate the charity’s impact through storytelling. The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree and over 3 years of qualitative research experience, especially with Indigenous communities. We are currently hiring a Researcher to join our Research & Impact Unit department. Reporting to the Lead Researcher, the Researcher will support the expansion and implementation of Indspire’s Impact Framework, focusing on qualitative research to capture and communicate Indspire’s impact. This includes leading interviews with alumni and beneficiaries, synthesizing findings, and helping translate stories into visual and narrative formats for publication and stakeholder engagement.
