Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with SPSS , Qualtrics, and other data management and analysis software.
  • We will prioritize applicants with interest in clinical psychology, health psychology, and addiction science.
  • Applicant would be trained in the use of all technology and equipment relative to the specific study procedures.
  • Examples of commonly used equipment and technology in study protocols include: Fitbits, accelerometers, digital audio recorders, blood pressure monitors, heart rate variability assessment, mobile phone-based data collection program.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • The position will involve in-person attendance at several of our work locations, including 1 Spring Street, New Brunswick (the location of the REHAB lab), 593 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick (the location of one of the Cardiac Rehab facilities), and 331 Route 206, Hillsborough (the location of the second Cardiac Rehab facility).
  • The Research Project Assistant is expected to arrange their own transportation to our various research sites and should have a professional demeanor appropriate to a clinical psychology research setting and ability to work effectively within a coordinated team.
