The Health Sciences Association of Alberta (HSAA) is seeking a Research & Policy Analyst to join our Health Economics team. You will conduct workforce, labour market, compensation, and health system research to support bargaining and organizational strategy.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Health Economics, you will analyze data, prepare reports and presentations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to inform bargaining priorities and evidence-based decision-making.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Health Economics, you will conduct workforce, labour market, compensation, and health system research that supports collective bargaining, organizational planning, advocacy, and evidence-based decision-making. Working closely with Labour Relations Officers, bargaining teams, and leadership, you will provide research and analysis that informs bargaining strategies and organizational priorities.
You are a curious and analytical professional who enjoys solving complex problems, interpreting data, and turning research into practical insights. You communicate complex information clearly, exercise sound judgment when working with confidential information, and thrive in collaborative environments where your work supports collective bargaining and organizational decision-making.
