Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Several years of relevant experience in a public-sector or institutional environment.
• Experience with facilities-related project management, laboratory infrastructure, and construction practices in Québec.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Faculty-wide planning and management of research infrastructure, laboratory development, and physical space.
• Identify infrastructure and space needs, risks, and opportunities; support capital planning and long-term development.
• Oversee building operations, ensuring maintenance, service delivery, and compliance with University standards.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables; oversee progress and risks for infrastructure projects.
