Job description

Sunnybrook Research Institute is the research enterprise of Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, a teaching hospital fully affiliated with the University of Toronto. Research spans three Toronto-based campuses, eight programs and three scientific platforms. This is a part-time position and casual working hours will be used to support manuscript writing and submissions. The MacIntosh lab has developed deep learning AI tools to enable image segmentation or classification. The research focus is on head, brain, and neurovascular imaging using computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging. On-going research efforts include clinical deployment of VIOLA-AI and VB-AI tools, with manuscript efforts that focus on traumatic brain injury and intracranial hemorrhage clinical populations.
