Current Job Opening: Research Analyst

The Temerty Centre for Therapeutic Brain Intervention is seeking a full-time, 12-month contract Research Analyst. The role reports to the Manager and involves working within a leading centre in brain stimulation therapies, including clinical treatment trials and neurophysiology studies related to psychiatric disorders.

Responsibilities:

1. Administer brain stimulation protocols and neurophysiological paradigms such as TMS, PAS, EEG, and EMG.
2. Support research procedures in randomized controlled trials focusing on the efficacy and safety of convulsive therapies.
3. Conduct clinical and cognitive assessments, recruit participants, and educate patients, families, and professionals about studies.
4. Manage data entry, scheduling, participant transportation, and regulatory submissions.
5. Maintain accurate records and support a diverse, compliant workplace.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field with at least one year of relevant experience.
• Experience in neurophysiological procedures, neuropsychological assessments, and working with mental health populations.
• Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and effective communication skills.
• Bilingualism or proficiency in a second language is an asset.

This position is based at 1025 Queen Street West with travel between sites required. Flexibility in work hours is necessary to accommodate participant schedules.
