Job summary

University Health Network seeks a skilled Research Analyst to support data collection and evaluation at the Gattuso Centre for Social Medicine and Population Health. You will work with marginalized populations, including people experiencing homelessness, to gather data for ongoing studies and performance measurement.

Responsibilities include participant recruitment, survey administration, and reporting. A community college diploma and relevant experience are required, with strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum community college diploma in a health-related discipline.
• Experience in community-based research or service delivery is preferred (≥1 year).
• Experience with homeless populations, poverty, substance use issues, or mental illness is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and consent study participants for research studies and evaluations.
• Support data collection activities including survey administration and interviews.
• Prepare project reports and communicate study status, risks, and progress to leadership.
• Assist with research administrative duties as needed.
• Coordinate with colleagues in the Social Medicine Program on research and evaluation tasks.
