Bank of Montreal is seeking an Analyst to conduct fundamental equity research on a Canadian coverage universe. You will meet with management, industry experts, and sell-side analysts to develop proprietary insights and investment ideas.

The role involves building robust financial models and delivering detailed, timely reports to support portfolio managers. Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of experience, a related post-secondary degree, and strong analytical, written, and verbal communication

The Analyst will generate proprietary fundamental analysis of the sector, the industry, the companies and the stocks by meeting with top management of companies, industry experts, sell-side analysts and experienced colleagues.
