Qualifications

We are currently seeking a Research Analyst to join our Toronto office. This position provides research, analytical analysis and report writing support across consulting and valuation engagements, delivering high-quality research and insight-driven data analysis. The role involves collecting and interpreting market and property data across Canada, maintaining and supporting databases, and assisting in the development of client-ready reports and deliverables.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• As part of the Seniors Housing & Healthcare team, this role would support consulting and appraisal assignments by providing research, data analysis, and administrative assistance.
• Conduct in-depth market research to gather, verify, and maintain accurate market data using online tools, field-based research, and direct outreach to market participants.
• Manage and update internal databases to ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability.
• Assist in report preparation by conducting supporting analysis, collecting and interpreting market and property data, and contributing to the development of client-ready reports and written deliverables.
• Assist with necessary research and map creation in relevant GIS software.
• Assist with macro analysis of internal and external data to identify and interpret market trends.
• Collaborate and support the efforts of the practice to ensure exceptional service to our clients.
