We’re seeking someone to join our team as a Required Training Specialist to be responsible for the day-to-day operational support of the firm’s global required training programs and ensures accurate training deployment, tracking, and reporting, supporting course owners as they design and deliver required training content.

In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools they need to succeed. This is a Director level position within the Talent Development Team. The global Talent Development team works within Human Capital Management (HCM) to provide practical, relevant, and enduring talent development solutions for professionals, managers, and leaders globally.

What You'll Do In The Role

  • Assist in the setup, scheduling, and deployment of required training courses in the firm’s LMS.
  • Ensure training materials are properly uploaded, tested, and accessible to employees.
  • Monitor training assignments and deadlines, troubleshooting issues as they arise and serve as a key point of contact for business units regarding training execution, deadlines, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with technology & solutions teams to resolve LMS-related technical issues and improve system functionality.
  • Support communication efforts related to training reminders, system notifications, and compliance deadlines.
  • Collaborate with course owners across the firm to enhance training processes and employee experience and partner with global counterparts to ensure training consistency and adherence to firmwide standards.

What You'll Bring To The Role

  • At least 4 years of experience in training administration, learning management systems, or compliance training support.
  • Proficiency in using LMS platforms and data reporting tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and responding to employee inquiries.
