We seek a Representative, Member & Commercial Services to join our Support Office in Saanichton, BC. This in-person full-time role covers member and commercial accounts, billing, payments, and Home Heating orders.

Qualifications

• Experienced in customer service, accounts receivable, member/customer accounts, or credit and collections.
• Familiar with POS systems, invoicing, payment processing, AR procedures, and/or electronic billing systems.
• Accurate and detail-oriented with strong data entry and records management skills.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to learn accounting and billing software.
• A high school graduate; post-secondary education in accounting, business, or related field is an asset.
• Approachable, professional, and committed to providing excellent member and customer service.
• Organized and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-up requirements.
• A strong communicator who collaborates and escalates when needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to Membership and Commercial accounts.
• Maintain accurate membership and account information, documentation, and records.
• Review Home Heating orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Promote Home Heating, Cardlock and Commercial services to members and account holders.
• Process payments, prepare bank deposits, and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Support invoicing, accounts receivable, reconciliations, inventory audits, and month-end processes.
• Provide administrative support including data entry, filing, records management, and correspondence.
• Coordinate gift card and charge card ordering and distribution.
• Support compliance audits, special projects, and other accounting and membership-related activities as required.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Representative, Member &Commercial Services to join our team at our Support Office. This isan in-person full-time position working 40 hours per week in Saanichton,BC.

This role provides excellent service and administrativesupport to our members and commercial account holders while supporting accountadministration, billing, payments, Home Heating orders, and other financial andoperational processes.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Experienced in customer service, accountsreceivable, member/customer accounts, or credit and collections, with at least1 year of related experience
• Familiar with point-of-sale systems, invoicing, payment processing,accounts receivable procedures, and/or electronic billing systems
