Saputo, Inc. is seeking a Representative, Customer Service for a 12-month temporary part-time position in our Canada operations.

You will act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, supporting delivery planning, orders, and inquiries in a fast-paced team environment. Ideal candidates bring 1 year of telephone sales or customer service experience, strong MS Office skills, and excellent time management, with bilingual proficiency in English and French to collaborate across Quebec

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• One-year experience in a telephone sales / customer service environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; excellent telephone manner is essential.
• Excellent data entry skills – speed and accuracy a must.
• Strong time-management, organizational, analytical and leadership skills.
• Bilingual is a requirement.

Responsabilités

• Keying orders, route verifications, and handling customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Display competence, courtesy, and professionalism at all times.
• Support and maintain Saputo Dairy Products Canada G.P.’s quality standards.
• Work cross-functionally with distribution, warehousing, supply chain & sales.
• Assist team with deliveries, delivery planning, promotional and holiday planning; special projects as required.
